Inland Residencies

The Mildura Palimpsest Biennale specifically commissions Australian and International artists to develop innovative, site-specific work, via a program of extended residencies, in response to our inland region and its global context.   Artist residencies include: studio/accommodation, assistance with equipment and materials, community contacts, partnerships (where appropriate), and artists’ fees for completed work for the Biennale.

In 2014/15 artists have booked in for residencies ranging from one week to one year. Projects developed within the Inland Residences Program become part of the biennale program and are exhibited through various venues in Mildura.
